Quality control
1.design control
Try to test before designing, designers shall do more logically and scientifically in terms of customer¡¯s specific requirement.
2.purchase control
Establish the lists which contain the corporation who will be responsibility for different work, review and compare carefully, establish the relevant files ,there will be no less than on corporation that will be supply safely and regularly
3.production control
Production must be based on the scientific files, the finished product shall be labeled at the end of every working procedure .the key part shall be labeled clearly, make sure that every product can be traced.
4 test control
- The raw and purchased material shall be inspected by the inspector, inspect at random to the large size., but the ratio of inspection shall be no less than 30%,the key and exactitude must be inspected.
- Self-production must be though self check, mutual inspection, and recheck. And be confirmed eligible after all successful inspection.
- Finished products can be assembled and set-upped in factory then be shipped after eligibility inspection. those can not be assembled in factory must be inspected strictly step by step and assembled .set-upped successfully in the factory of our customers¡¯, issue the inspection certificate.
